Basis of liability

We work exclusively on the basis of the “General German Shipping Company Conditions (ADSp),” in its current form. These limit the liability for damage to goods in accordance with section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) for damage in freight forwarding custody to 5 EUR/kg, to 2 SZR/kg for multimodal transports including maritime transport, as well as 1 million euros or 2 SZR/kg for each damage event or incident, according to whichever amount is higher. Transport and storage insurance is only covered by written order. The place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.

Liability notification

Aspira Logistics GmbH as defined in section 7 para. 1 of the German Teleservices Act (TMG), we are responsible for our own content on these pages. According to sections 8–10 of the German Teleservices Act (TMG), Aspira Logistics is not obliged as a service provider to monitor information transmitted or stored by third parties or investigate circumstances that suggest illegal activity. This does not affect our general legal obligation to remove or block the use of such information. We assume responsibility for this obligation, however, only after being notified of a specific infringement. On becoming aware of legal violations, Aspira Logistics GmbH will remove such links immediately.
